Whenever i need to sign on on my computer i have to first open the app on my tablet. that poor woman at hsbc must have wondered who she got her self involved with when i phoned to get online banking set up. it took us about an hour. and i thought it was bad enough waiting on a sms on my phone before i could sign on to my nationwide banking.
