The archive project consists of several still ongoing actions: restructuring para site ’s archives (photographs, vhs & cassette tapes, ephemera, internal documents and minutes, etc); digitising, annotating, and translating original materials; and uploading and editing all relevant images and materials online.

Along with the launch, throughout this coming semester, students of various disciplines from across hong kong universities will attend sharing sessions and workshops in the physical archive at para site, as an introduction to navigating our archival resources. This archive will delve into the idea of action—simultaneously behavior, practice, mass movement and organization, fighting and engagement (as in action films). The workshops for emerging professionals, taking place between october 5–11, mark the beginning of a new educational commitment by para site. the inaugural group of participants was selected from an outstanding international pool of applicants. Written in a spirit of critical reflection and serious fun it provides 21 sets of ideas and options for facilitators trainers teachers and presenters and anyone who organises and manages workshops courses classes and other events for sharing and learning ideas.
