About the first peoples’ cultural council: fpcc is a first nations governed crown corporation with a mandate to support the revitalization of first nations languages, arts, cultures and heritage in british columbia. The first peoples’ cultural council monitors the status of b.c. first nations languages, cultures, and arts, and facilitates and develops strategies which help first nations communities recover and sustain their heritage.
